The Academy is delighted to welcome a unique speaker who has delivered one of the most-watched TED talks of all time, who rarely undertakes interviews and has redefined her own story: Monica Lewinsky.
Monica is a producer, social activist, global public speaker, and a Contributing Editor to Vanity Fair. She was a speaker at the 2015 TED Conference in Vancouver. Her speech, The Price of Shame, has been viewed nearly 20 million times.
Lewinsky is an executive producer on the upcoming documentary “15 Minutes of Shame” for HBO. As an activist, Lewinsky advocates for a safer social media environment and addresses such topics as digital resilience, privacy, and cultivating compassion online.
Monica is an Ambassador for The Diana Award’s Anti-Bullying Program in the UK. Monica holds a Master’s degree in social psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
This live session will be hosted by Alexandra Whiston-Dew, Partner at Mishcon de Reya and will be held virtually on Zoom.
