Zoe is an Associate in the Employment department.
She advises both employers and employees across all stages of the employment relationship, from recruitment and day-to-day HR matters to discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, unfair dismissal and exit planning across a range of business sectors. She regularly advises on restrictive covenants, confidential information and team move scenarios. Zoe also advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements.
Zoe has litigation experience of handling claims in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court.
She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
