Tish is a Junior Data Protection Specialist (non-lawyer) in the Data Team of the Innovation department, providing support across a broad range of privacy, compliance, and online safety matters. Prior to joining the team, she worked in research governance within higher education, developing a strong grounding in data protection and regulatory compliance in a complex, highly regulated environment.
Working closely with the team's lawyers, Tish assists clients with DPO advisory work, general data protection compliance, data breach management, and data subject access requests (DSARs). Tish also advises on the data protection and privacy risks associated with artificial intelligence, supports Online Safety Act compliance including the completion of risk assessments, and contributes to strategic, practical guidance to help clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
Tish works across a diverse range of sectors, including life sciences, retail and leisure, real estate, and entertainment. In addition to client-facing work, she leads on project management for the data team, helping to ensure matters run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
