Tim is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate department, specialising in commercial property work. He advises clients on a range of issues including the acquisition and disposal of investment property, financing, lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants and asset management matters for landlords of office, industrial and retail premises.
Tim completed his training contract at Mishcon de Reya and spent time in Finance and Banking Litigation and Corporate before joining the Real Estate department in September 2016.
