Simon Richards is the Head of Legal Project Management in the Practice Transformation team, with over 15 years of experience within law firm management, with a focus on service delivery. Simon has worked for several large litigation firms managing improvement programmes and projects, which lead to operational efficiencies within these firms. Simon has also held senior operational roles within law firms where he was involved in strategic review, system and process development and change management.
Simon and his team work closely with lawyers to provide strategic advice and matter management support on complex matters. They bring the methodology and discipline of project management to help improve the delivery of legal services, ensuring matters are run in the most efficient way.
