Sam is an Associate in the Reputation Protection and Crisis Management team, within Mishcon Private. He advises individuals and corporates in respect of defamation, misuse of private information, harassment, and data protection.
Sam is a supervisor for the SPITE (Sharing Public Images to Embarrass) project, which in partnership with Queen Mary University provides pro-bono legal advice to victims of image-based sexual abuse.
During his training at the firm, Sam also gained experience in the Corporate, Commercial Litigation, and Employment groups.

- Takedown and de-listing of false and defamatory content hosted by Google.
