Roya Zohrabi is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate Finance team. She acts on both sides of banking and finance transactions and has worked with a variety of clients including property developers, start-ups, charities, football clubs, ultra-high net worth individuals, sovereign investment funds, clearing banks, private banks and non-bank lenders. Roya has extensive experience in real estate investment and development finance involving assets ranging from new build affordable or luxury homes to football stadiums, student accommodation, logistics centres and caravan parks, with additional experience in acquisition finance and ESG finance. Roya is skilled in working on complex transactions with off-shore elements involving multiple corporate and trust structured investment vehicles.
