Roshni Kotecha Chadda is a Partner in the Real Estate department, specialising in commercial property with a particular focus on corporate occupiers and the retail sector. 

She advises major UK and international businesses on their real estate requirements, from strategic acquisitions and disposals to complex occupational transactions and the management of significant property portfolios. Roshni’s retail expertise includes flagship store acquisitions, portfolio management, and international expansion. 

Alongside her occupier practice, Roshni has extensive experience acting for institutional investors, developers and landlords throughout the full property lifecycle, including investment, development, and asset management matters across office, retail, and industrial assets.

• Leading on all real estate matters for a major global technology retailer across its UK retail portfolio, with a broader role advising on its growth in EMEIA
• Advising Ralph Lauren on the acquisition of its first British Polo Bar in Mayfair, London
• Advising a major global technology company on its data centre co-location arrangements across EMEA
• Acting for The Portman Estate on redevelopment and asset management projects and retail lettings across its London estate
• Acting for HB Reavis throughout the lifecycle of its London development projects, including financing arrangements, office pre-lets, retail lettings, and ultimate corporate disposals
• Acting for Hammerson on the asset management and subsequent disposal of its UK retail park portfolio
