Nick is an Associate in the Family team.
He advises clients upon all aspects of family law. He has experience advising clients upon relationship breakdown, including unmarried separation, divorce and dissolution of civil partnership and associated financial matters. Nick has acted for clients in complex financial remedy proceedings including those with links to multiple jurisdictions, business interests and trust structures.
Nick has expertise in private law children matters including child arrangements, international and internal relocation and cases in which there are issues regarding domestic abuse. Nick also has experience assisting modern families and advising clients in relation to surrogacy and applications for a declaration of parentage.
Nick advises on and negotiates pre and post-nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation agreements.
He is a member of Resolution, a national association of family lawyers and professionals committed to the constructive, non-confrontational and cost-effective resolution of family disputes.
Nick is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
