Lucy is an Associate in the Employment department with expertise in contentious and non-contentious employment law across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, life sciences and technology.
She has experience supporting LLPs and members of partnerships on exits, as well as assisting on employment advisory matters and working with counsel from multiple jurisdictions. She also regularly advises on settlement agreements and sensitive HR matters, including grievances, workplace investigations and performance management.
Lucy also has experience in both High Court and Employment Tribunal litigation, including breach of contract, bonus disputes, complex whistleblowing, equal pay and discrimination claims. She also assisted on a landmark Supreme Court claim regarding the treatment of part-time workers.
Lucy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
