Kevin heads the Court Service Department which provides civil procedural support and advice to the Dispute Resolution Department and Property Litigation team. His expertise covers all aspects of civil procedure and includes all stages of civil proceedings in all Courts from County through to Court of Appeal.
His all-encompassing knowledge of Rules and Practice Directions supports each of the Firm's practice areas.
Kevin is a member of the following committees and boards:
- Chancery Users' Committee.
- London Circuit Commercial Court Users' Committee.
- Practical Law Dispute Resolution Consultation Board.
