Henrietta is a Partner in the Real Estate department. She specialises in commercial property work and advises clients on a range of issues including: the acquisition and disposal of investment property; lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants; asset management matters for landlords of office, industrial and retail premises; and real estate support for corporate transactions.
Henrietta has experience in acting on real estate finance transactions, both providing real estate support and advising on the financial aspects.
Henrietta also has extensive experience in the living sector, particularly in the student accommodation and build to rent markets. She sits on the BPF’s student accommodation committee.
