Harriet is an Associate in the Real Estate Finance team. Harriet advises corporates, investors, developers, banks, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on domestic and cross-border debt financings, including bilateral and syndicated facilities. Her particular focus is development and investment real estate finance, including security issues and the restructuring of existing loans. She also has experience in general corporate lending and fund financing.

- Advising borrowers on senior and mezzanine facilities for the acquisition and development of student accommodation blocks.
- Acting for borrowers on financing arrangements for substantial developments and acquisitions.
