He specialises in originating and developing group claims, undertaking investigations into corporate wrongdoing, developing litigation strategies and coordinating engagement with NGOs, investigative journalists, litigation funders and international legal teams.
Dan's previous legal experience spans class action litigation in New Zealand, private client and Court of Protection work in the UK, and advisory work as a Business and Human Rights Consultant, where he helped businesses assess and improve modern slavery compliance and practices across their operations and supply chains.
His sector experience includes ESG and sustainability‑focused industries, supply chain‑heavy sectors, consumer goods, financial services, data protection, energy and resources, and cases involving large‑scale environmental and human rights harms.
Dan also contributes to business and human rights initiatives, having supported anti‑slavery charities, environmental and human rights research organisations, and sits on the Junior Lawyers Committee of the Human Rights Lawyers Association.
