Charles is a Managing Associate in the Construction Group of the Real Estate department. He specialises in non-contentious construction law.

Charles qualified in Australia and has experience working on major projects, including the development of student accommodation, offices and a large portfolio of childcare centres and retail convenience stores as well as the redevelopment of various sea port assets. He drafts and negotiates construction agreements for a wide range of clients in the construction and real estate sector including developers, investors, contractors, and consultants. Charles also provides construction support to our real estate finance, commercial real estate and corporate teams.
