She advises companies on a broad range of data protection, data sharing, and data training issues providing clients compliance advice and assisting them to respond to queries or complaints from data subjects and to regulatory investigations.
Aselle specialises on cybersecurity compliance (including NIS2/DORA and the UK equivalents) and incident response. She also advises on complex outsourcing and technology contracts.
Her clients span a wide range of geographies and industries, including media and entertainment, healthcare, technology, and financial services.

- Advised a leading B2C technology company with GDPR compliance, updating their records of processing, privacy notices, data processing agreement templates, and drafting DPIAs and LIAs
- Advised a leading B2C technology company with the DPIAs on the use of AI models for processing user data
- Advised clients in healthcare, energy sector, and social networking services with NIS2 compliance by drafting a playbook on NIS2 compliance, significant incident response policies, and mapping NIS2 requirements against existing cybersecurity measures or standards
- Advised clients in financial services with DORA compliance by advising on the applicability of DORA requirements, drafting contractual amendments to reflect DORA requirements, and negotiating the terms, including with ICT services supporting critical or important functions.
