The first couple of months of 2023 have brought exciting changes to our Corporate Department. With the completion of its merger with Taylor Vinters, the firm has gained even greater strength in advising on matters ranging from early/mid-stage transactions through to high-end mergers and acquisitions. In the same month, Angeli Arora featured in The Lawyer's Hot 100 2023, being recognised for generating new client wins across private equity, shareholder engagement and corporate governance.
Two of our pieces in this edition focus on regulation. We take a look at the progress the Financial Reporting Council is making in implementing its reform of regulation of the audit sector and corporate governance.
