Hillcrest Private Equity Real Estate acquires Premier House

Hillcrest Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) have acquired Premier House, a prominent multi-use building situated on London Road, Twickenham. This marks the first acquisition by Hillcrest PERE, an investment vehicle established in late 2023 by Sun Capital and Deva Capital, and managed by Sun Capital. Hillcrest has successfully secured £250m of equity commitments to deploy in UK real estate opportunities across the capital stack.

Jamie Mount, Managing Director of Hillcrest PERE commented: “We are delighted to have acquired our first investment, Premier House. The building is well-located, anchored by Waitrose and has strong growth potential. We continue to see exciting UK real estate opportunities and are keen to deploy additional capital particularly for income producing assets.”
