Our packages are designed specifically for start-up innovators, social entrepreneurs, and early-stage businesses. Setting up your social venture

Whether you have recently set up a company and now need some assistance to embed your social drivers or have been operating for some time and would like to better reflect your mission, we can help in amending your constitutional framework to adopt a purpose-led structure.

Supporting you as you grow

We can be ready to support you with bespoke legal services, at any stage of your venture’s progress, through our VIRTUAL General Counsel service. Automated self-starter package

A largely automated package designed to help you minimise your costs at the outset, by committing more of your time to preparing the legal documents with our expert support. It includes:

Our ‘things to think about’ document. This highlights the key things to think about when you run a company, and will guide you through how to incorporate a company if you’re setting up a Social Venture.
Legal documents. Our tailored Social Venture legal framework, enabling you to set up a Social Venture or convert your established business.
Up to 45 minutes of our time. To answer questions, talk through the legal documents and help you plan your next steps.
Timescale. We will provide the legal documents within one week of being instructed.

£1,250 plus VAT

Full-service package

This is the option to choose if you are short of time and would prefer to use it to focus on delivering your social and/or environmental impact. In this full-service option, we prepare the legal documents and liaise with Companies House for you. The package includes:

Our ‘things to think about’ document. This highlights the key things to think about when you run a Social Venture company.
Legal documents. After we’ve gathered information from you, we will prepare the key legal documents to set-up your new Social Venture or convert your established business.
Up to 3 hours of our time. To answer questions, talk through the legal documents and help you plan your next steps.
Application to Companies House. We will submit the application on your behalf and help you answer any follow up questions.
Timescale. We can usually arrange an initial call within a week of you getting in touch. We can usually deliver the first draft of the bespoke legal documents within two to three weeks of being instructed.
