Vibuhti Parmar

Vibuhti is an Associate in the Property Litigation Team in the Real Estate Department. 

Vibuhti has a broad range of expertise in all aspects of property disputes. She predominately acts for private clients and works closely with her clients to provide strategic advice to protect their interests.

Vibuhti has extensive experience in advising clients about residential property disputes relating to both long leasehold and assured tenancies including, service charges and section 20 consultation, the Renters Rights Act 2025, disrepair claims, breach of covenants and possession claims.

She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Key Experience

• Service charge cases (acting for both a landlord and leaseholders) seeking a determination from the First-tier Tribunal as to the recoverability and reasonableness of service charges.
• Section 20 service charge consultation.
• Landlord and tenant disputes in respect of assured tenancies and common law tenancies concerning disrepair and breach of quiet enjoyment.
• Advising in respect of possession strategy and possession claims.
