Tayler is an Associate in the Commercial and Technology groups of Mishcon Future.
Tayler has a broad range of experience advising on a wide variety of contracts, such as IT, technology and commercial contracts, including cloud service arrangements both on supplier and customer side, distribution and licensing agreements, software development agreements, collaboration and reseller agreements, across multiple sectors and time zones.
Tayler also has experience advising on tech asset transfer arrangements on large M&A and venture capital transactions.
Tayler has worked in various firms in the commercial and technology sector, focusing on advising early stage and venture backed companies to 'scale up' across various sectors. She also has experience working in-house at a foreign exchange financial technology company. Tayler has worked predominantly with tech start-ups, innovative and high growth companies, helping them exploit technology assets and launch new products and services to market. She prides herself on taking the time to fully understand every aspect of her clients business and providing them with commercial, pragmatic advice.
