Sam is a Managing Associate in the Property Litigation group with expertise in commercial and residential property litigation.
He has experience of a wide range of contentious property issues, including commercial lease renewals, break rights, dilapidations, rent arrears recovery, service charge disputes, forfeiture and other possession actions, rights of light, and breaches and modifications of restrictive covenants. He has particular experience in conducting trespass cases and advising on Electronic Communications Code matters on behalf of landowners.
He has acted for a diverse range of clients, including large corporations, small businesses, commercial and residential landlords and tenants, charities, large land-owning estates and individuals.
Sam is also a member of the Property Litigation Association. He has also written for various publications, including the Estates Gazette, Property Law Journal, and Lexis Nexis.
