Noelle is an Associate in the Employment team with expertise in high-stakes employment disputes and senior exits. She has represented clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including whistleblowing and disability discrimination claims, advising on case management, disclosure, and strategy, including on occasion making applications for costs orders and strikeout. She has defended High Court applications for injunctive relief and regularly supports clients on threatened injunctions, restrictive covenants, confidential information, and team move scenarios.
She regularly advises employers on redundancies, including collective consultation under TULRCA, disciplinary and grievance processes, settlement agreements, and employment documentation including contracts, restrictive covenants, policies, and handbooks. She advises on corporate transactions where employment issues arise. She advises clients across sectors including professional services, financial services and technology.
Noelle trained at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in 2023, moved to Brahams Dutt Badrick French LLP as a newly qualified associate, and joined Mishcon de Reya in 2025. She is admitted as a solicitor of England & Wales (2023) and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She represents both claimants and respondents across contentious and advisory employment matters, working closely with partners across a range of sophisticated disputes and strategic employment issues.
Noelle holds an LLB from Durham University and an LPC with MSc from the University of Law. She is a native speaker of English and Afrikaans and is conversational in French.
