Nabeel Nobeebux is an Associate in the Real Estate Finance team.
Nabeel acts for lenders, borrowers and market participants on a range of real estate financing transactions, including investment and development finance across a variety of asset classes such as commercial developments, residential property, purpose-built student accommodation and other commercial and alternative assets. He is experienced across all forms of real estate and corporate lending in the UK market.
Nabeel also has expertise in Islamic finance, advising on Sharia-compliant real estate and corporate finance transactions, including in relation to Sukuk structures, for a range of market participants.
