Megan is an Associate in the Employment team.
She advises both employers and employees across all stages of the employment relationship. This ranges from recruitment and day-to-day HR matters to discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, unfair dismissal, exit planning. Megan has experience of Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation and works across all business sectors.
In addition to her core practice, Megan regularly contributes to articles on emerging employment law issues and is particularly interested in the impact of AI on the workplace. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
