Matt is an Associate in the Real Estate department, specialising in commercial property law.
He has experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions from acquisitions and disposals to lease negotiations and general asset management work as well real estate support on corporate and finance transactions.
He acts for a number of investors including AEW, Brookfield and UBS as well as private clients.
Matt qualified in August 2020 and joined Mishcon in July 2022.
