Louie is an Associate in the Real Estate department, specialising in commercial property law.
He advises clients on a range of property transactions including lease negotiations, disposals, property financing and general asset management work. He acts for a number of investors, including AEW UK, UBS and Brookfield.
Louie qualified as a Solicitor in August 2023. Following qualification, he completed a 6-month secondment into the Contentious Construction team before moving permanently into the Commercial Real Estate team.
