Kate is a Managing Associate (Australian Qualified) in the Finance team.

Kate acts for a variety of lenders, borrowers and other market participants on local and cross-border bilateral facilities and syndicated facilities, covering all real estate asset classes including offices, warehouses, purpose-built student accommodation, residential care homes, hotels, private rented sector and other commercial property.

Kate also advises on general corporate lending and acquisition finance and has considerable experience acting on Islamic financing structures secured on real estate assets.
