James is a Consultant in the Tax and Wealth Planning team. Formerly Partner and Team Leader at Taylor Vinters and with around 30 years in the estate planning industry.
James has broad experience in tax, trust and estate planning, advising city professionals, entrepreneurs and owner managers of businesses. James is STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Planning) qualified.
He advises on trust creation, Asset protection and tax structuring including wills and succession planning for business owners and City professionals. He was instrumental in establishing what is now the MDR Trust Corporation (formerly the TV Trust Corporation) and spends a good deal of time acting in his capacity as a director of the Trust Corp.
