Holly is a Managing Associate in the Construction Disputes team in the Real Estate department.
She advises clients on all aspects of contentious construction matters, including disputes relating to technical defects, delay/extension of time claims, and loss and expense claims. Holly acts for employers, developers, contractors, individuals and stakeholders on all types of projects including residential, commercial, leisure, build to rent, life sciences, infrastructure and energy. Holly's recent cases include disputes relating to the Defective Premises Act and building safety issues (including fire safety matters) and she has extensive experience in running high value and/or technically complex High Court litigation, adjudications and mediation.
Holly also advises clients on live projects, helping clients manage exposure to risk and take a sensible, solution focussed approach to enable projects to progress.
