Henry is an Associate in the Property Litigation team.
He has experience in a broad range of real property, valuation and project disputes including development and neighbourly matters, rights of light, consents, access and oversail issues, the use of public and statutory powers to progress projects, and in the contexts of acquisition and exit including land options, overages and restrictive covenants. In addition, Henry has experience across the breadth of commercial asset management, from lease renewals to trespasser injunctions, and responding to tenant insolvency events.
He has acted for a range of clients, including pension funds, asset managers, energy companies, hotels, hospitality and leisure operators, housebuilders, and developers of office blocks and data centres.
Henry is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
