Dean is an Associate in the Employment department. He advises individuals, start-ups and large multinational clients across a range of corporate and private immigration matters.
Dean has experience acting for clients across a diverse range of sectors including technology, banking, pharmaceutical, media, life sciences, higher education, fashion and automotive. Dean assists such clients with their corporate immigration matters including obtaining a sponsor licence, sponsored work and visit visa applications, Global Talent and Innovator Founder visa applications, preventing illegal working, sponsor compliance and the immigration-related requirements following a corporate transaction.
Dean also advises individuals and their families with their private immigration matters including family visas, indefinite leave to remain, British nationality, UK Ancestry and applications for EU nationals.
Dean is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and the Law Society.

- Advising on applications made under other immigration routes: UK Ancestry, British National Overseas, Graduate and Minister of Religion.
