He advises commercial and private clients on a wide range of contentious real estate matters. His experience includes business tenancy disputes, dilapidations, insolvency, forfeiture, adverse possession, boundary disputes, service charge disputes, planning and the recovery of arrears.
Daniel advises clients across a range of sectors, including real estate, hospitality and retail.
