Amy is Of Counsel in the Group Commercial team and is involved in the delivery of a range of Firm projects. Previously Amy was a professional support lawyer in the Corporate department. This role included drafting precedents, updating fee earners on new legal developments and training. Prior to joining the Firm, Amy worked at Jones Day where her practice covered the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law. Her experience included acting for companies and individuals on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
