Susannah de Jager

Susannah de Jager is an advisor and founder focused on connecting investors and innovators between the UK and the UAE. Now based in Abu Dhabi, she works with institutional family offices and leads Oxford+, a podcast and advisory platform that supports Oxford’s growing innovation community through conversation, communication, and capital advice.

She previously ran a £2.3 billion European equities investment firm, where she served as COO and later CEO, overseeing major restructures and strategic development. Susannah has also advised the UK Cabinet Office’s BOOST initiative on scale-up and pension capital reforms and has collaborated with government ministers, the Lord Mayor of London, and FTSE 100 executives on innovation and investment policy.

She holds a degree in Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
