The article, written in association with Sean Wilken KC from Keating Chambers, looking at the issue not only in the sanctions context, but also in the context of other legal methods of recovery. Furthermore, it considers the threat that rogue states pose to the international legal order, asking "how can rogue states or rogue state actors be held financially accountable for their actions?"
