Jennifer Shahade is a chess champion, poker player, commentator, and author. The first female to win the US Junior Open, Jennifer is a two-time United States Women's Chess Champion (2002 & 2004). Her books include Chess Bitch: Women in the Ultimate Intellectual Sport and Play Like a Girl! She is also the Director of US Chess Women and an Ambassador for PokerStars. She is the Women's Program Director at US Chess, MindSports Ambassador for PokerStars and a board member of the World Chess Hall of Fame in Saint Louis.
