Recognised as one of the most prominent women in restructuring in the region, Tahirah has more than a decade of experience handling major restructuring matters in Southeast Asia. She has a well-established reputation for handling complex restructuring matters for publicly listed and private companies. She founded and is co-chair of the Indonesia chapter of IWIRC (International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation). She is also a member of the INSOL Younger Members Committee. Tahirah was formally recognised as an INSOL Fellow in 2022. Additionally, Tahirah sits on the board of directors of the Turnaround Management Association in Southeast Asia
