International law firm Fieldfisher has secured its global headquarters by renewing its leases at Riverbank House; where the firm occupies around 81,000 sq ft.
Represented by Anju Suneja (Partner, Real Estate) and Adam Goldthorp (Associate, Real Estate) of Mishcon de Reya, Fieldfisher will remain at Riverbank House until August 2035, with added flexibility through optionality over part of its space take. The building is rated "excellent" against the BREEAM sustainability assessment method.
Anju Suneja commented: "Fieldfisher's decision to remain at Riverbank House acknowledges sustainability priorities within an evolving market. It is also an example of stability and continuity in the central London office market".
Fieldfisher also received guidance from CBRE, enhancing the transaction with their expertise in commercial real estate services. Riverbank House's head leaseholder, Man Group, was advised by Trowers & Hamlins and BNP Paribas.
