Mishcon de Reya has broadened its Real Estate and Tax practices with the appointment of Ceinwen Hayes, who joined the firm's London office as a Partner on 12 September 2022 from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP).
Ceinwen trained at BCLP and has practiced there since qualification. She specialises in real estate tax matters on asset transactions (acquisitions, sales and leasing structures), corporate wrapper deals, and development and investment structuring, each in the context of all key real estate asset classes, including high value commercial, residential (including build to rent), student accommodation and industrial and logistics.

Mishcon de Reya's Real Estate department comprises over 120 fee-earners including 42 Partners, making it one of London's largest and most diverse property teams. Ceinwen's appointment marks the fifth partner hire for the department in 2022.
