Property Litigation Legal Director Mark Reading considers diversity and inclusion in property law for Estates Gazette's property podcast.

Mark highlights some initiatives utilised by Mishcon de Reya to broaden the talent pool and notes "It is important to continually review and scrutinise. There needs to be a forever commitment to diversity to make sure that the standards being set are being adhered to across the board".
