The European Commission has published the pool of up to 400 individuals eligible for appointment as arbitrators and trade and sustainable development (TSD) experts in EU trade disputes.
We are pleased to announce that Louis Flannery QC, Partner and Head of International Arbitration, is included in the list of candidates suitable for appointment for the position of Arbitrator.
Louis was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2018, one of the few international arbitration practitioners to achieve this distinction. He is also co-author of Merkin and Flannery on the Arbitration Act 1996, the leading authority on the International Arbitration Act 1996.
