Kate Clark appointed as new Head of Family in Mishcon Private

Mishcon de Reya is pleased to announce that Kate Clark, a Partner in the Family team, has been appointed as Head of Family in Mishcon Private, effective from the start of 2024. Kate joined the firm in 2014 and became a Partner in 2021. Kate will be supported in her role by Claire Yorke, who becomes Finance partner for the team. Kate and Claire are part of the next generation of leaders at the firm and bring a wealth of experience as well as a pragmatic approach to leadership.

A specialist in high net worth divorces and in all aspects of family law, Kate has a particular emphasis on high value financial disputes. Her work often involving complex offshore structures, trusts, and business interests. In addition to her broad expertise, Kate has a particular interest in high conflict children cases and is the head of the firm's high conflict complex children law group. She is also experienced in advising on pre- and post-marital agreements as well as cohabitation agreements.

On her appointment, Kate said, "Taking on the role of Head of Family in Mishcon Private is something I am immensely proud of. It is a high profile and extremely well respected practice.
