We're pleased to be hosting the next event from the Society of English and American Lawyers (SEAL) on 7 February: 'When the Past Resurfaces: Transatlantic Comparison of Approaches to Private Claims for Restitution of Looted Art'.
Leading art law professionals from the UK and the USA will discuss the current status of policies and approaches in both countries relating to claims by individuals for restitution of artworks and other property.
