Aspiring HR Directors workshop

DateTimeIn-Person

The effective management of whistleblowing and sexual harassment complaints is one of the most complex and fast-developing challenges facing HR Directors today, particularly in light of recent and upcoming changes in the law – including the expanded duty to prevent sexual harassment and newly extended whistleblowing protections.

Join us for a roundtable event on Tuesday 2 June where two of our employment specialists will lead a discussion on what these developments mean in practice and how organisations can best prepare.

They will share a case study providing practical guidance on how best to navigate such complaints and the key legal issues to look out for, from identifying a potential whistleblowing complaint and managing a complaint process, to handling confidentiality and privilege, and balancing the rights of both the complainant and the accused.

The event will also be a great opportunity to network with fellow HR Directors and share ideas and experiences in a confidential forum on some of the most sensitive and legally complex issues in the workplace today

This session is aimed at Senior HR professionals, including those on the pathway to HR Director roles.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this event.
