- Led high-profile procedural litigation in the UK Dieselgate proceedings, representing environmental campaigning organisations ClientEarth and Mums for Lungs in successfully securing a High Court order compelling automotive manufacturers to disclose unredacted core documents on open justice grounds—a landmark achievement for transparency in complex group litigation.
- Acted as lead lawyer in the Volkswagen NOx Emissions Group Litigation, representing over 90,000 vehicle owners in claims arising from alleged emissions test manipulation in diesel vehicles. Secured a £193 million settlement for claimants in May 2022.
- Acted as lead lawyer in a subsequent NOx emissions group action against the Volkswagen Group on behalf of approximately 30,000 vehicle owners.
