Elizabeth is an Associate in the Private Commercial Litigation team in the Private department.

She advises on a range of high value commercial disputes for both high net worth individuals and corporate entities, often involving allegations of fraud, breach of directors' duties, and unfair prejudice to shareholders' interests.

Elizabeth is also a member of the firm's Politics and Law Group and has experience in judicial review and advising on political and public law matters.

Elizabeth trained at the firm, where she gained experience in complex civil fraud disputes, obtaining injunctive relief, and advising high net worth individuals on estate planning matters.

Key Experience

  • Advising the grandchildren of Ruth Ellis on obtaining a conditional pardon for their grandmother, the last woman to be executed in Britain in 1955.
  • Acting for 51 corporate entities and leading investment funds in a judicial review challenge to measures in the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024.
  • Advising companies on multi-jurisdictional civil fraud claims, including obtaining and defending applications for injunctive relief in the High Court.
  • Acting for shareholders and partners in shareholder and partnership disputes.
  • Acting for high net worth individuals and families in an array of personal and business disputes.
