Editor's Note

Welcome to the inaugural edition of Conflicts Quarterly, a four times yearly roundup of current topics relevant to our peers at conflict firms, including conversations with leading thinkers, social changers, and industry disruptors.

In this edition, we look at the malleable nature of memory and how it can impact the outcome of litigation cases, the theory of "hot streaks" and whether lawyers can have them, and we speak with the Georgia Innocence Project, which works to exonerate wrongly convicted people, about incentivised witnesses and prosecutorial misconduct in the US criminal justice system.

We hope that you enjoy this editorial, and do get in touch if you would like to keep the conversation going.
