Mishcon Singapore has advised Singapore private market exchange ADDX Pte. Ltd. (ADDX) as international counsel on the establishment of a first-of-its-kind Multi-Issuer Debt Issuance Programme.
The Programme simplifies fundraising for companies issuing digitised securities on ADDX’s Fixed Income Market Place (ADDX FI), a private trading platform for the listing and trading of digitised commercial paper and bonds. The Programme's structure allows different issuers to issue bonds on ADDX FI utilising umbrella terms and standardised documentation to select currencies, denominations, fixed or floating coupon rates, tenors and other commercial terms, without incurring the time and costs associated with establishing an independent medium-term note or debt issuance programme.
