What is this claim about?
Hundreds of gymnastics coaches faced disciplinary proceedings from British Gymnastics and paid legal representatives to assist them during those proceedings. At the time, British Gymnastics told coaches they could not claim their legal costs on its insurance. But we believe this was wrong and British Gymnastics' insurance should have covered its members' legal costs.
We are currently representing gymnastics coaches seeking recovery of legal costs incurred in disciplinary proceedings brought against them from 2014 onwards, which were wrongly not paid by British Gymnastics and its insurers.
